New Player Helpful Hints
- We have several ways to receive communication, it’s up to you to find out what’s going on.
- Website, Email, Social Media, Team & Parent GroupMe
- You should be 5 minutes early to practice and 45 minutes early to games.
- Always have water and a small snack at every practice.
- We use the Meet Doors for practices
- Use the Lockers at JL Sorenson at your own risk…. most leave their bags on the deck.
- Parents should never be on the pool deck for practices or games. Remember:
- Referees Reff, Players Play, Coaches Coach, Parents Cheer.
- Stay Dry
- At practice – Have shoes and clothes please.
- Playing in a game – Swim Parkas are most idea, but at least a towel to stay warm.
- Watching a game – Athletes should be in Game Day attire.
- All transportation for all games, tournaments, etc. is your responsibility. Do you know who they are driving with?
- Please wear a Herriman Aquatics Red-Shirt to our Games it’s a great way to show support and looks amazing. We have intimidated teams because of how unified we were as parents.
- Athletes are to wear their uniform of a blue polo shirt and khakis on game day and to the pool. On pool deck, they should be in their Red Herriman Aquatics shirt and blue shorts (unless the team captain changes the deck uniform).
